J.P. Wild have recently commenced the warehouse refurbishment works at Unit 1 Maybrook Industrial Park, Leeds. The works involve the removal of the existing asbestos roof and installation of a new composite roof including new rooflights, replacement of external wall cladding and internal and external modifications to the warehouse and offices.
