J.P. Wild have completed the CAT A office refurbishment works to the 2nd & 3rd floor at Two Humber Quays, Wellington Street, Hull on behalf of Hollis Global.
The works involved a strip out of the existing office partitioning, kitchen / breakout area and floor coverings, making good of the existing ceilings, walls and raised access floor, modifications to the mechanical and electrical back to a uniform layout, new carpet floor coverings and decorations throughout.
The works were completed on time and within budget.
