J.P. Wild are progressing well with the internal and external refurbishment works at Transpennine 200, Pilsworth Road, Greater Manchester, OL10 2TL.
The strip out works are fully complete, the warehouse has been taken back to a shell for the new tenant, the new lighting has been installed, the skylights have been replaced, the roofing works are complete, the office refurbishment and the decorating works throughout are nearly complete.
Externally the installation of the ramp for the 3No. Dock levellers is installed, and the formation of the openings are ready for the doors and curtains fitting, the new concrete hardstanding and formation of a new access road are nearly complete.
