J.P. Wild have recently completed the internal and external refurbishment works at Transpennine 200, Pilsworth Road, Greater Manchester, OL10 2TL.
The works involved external repairs and maintenance to return the external envelope into a good repair, removal of bespoke configuration of the warehouse, removal of the steel gantry system within the warehouse, removal of the warehouse M&E, reduction of the office footprint, full office refurbishment, new lighting to warehouse, new skylights to the warehouse and decorations throughout.
The external works included installation of 3No. Dock levellers to the East elevation, install 1No. New ground level loading door to the East elevation, remove the tarmac and form a new concrete hardstanding and formation of a new access road to the rear of the site.
The works were completed on time and within budget.
