The Pastures, Scrayingham – shortlisted finalist for building excellence awards 2017
Following its nomination in the Local Authority Building Control (“LABC”), North and East Yorkshire Building Excellence Awards, we are absolutely delighted to have been advised that our stunning and now sold out development has been shortlisted as a finalist in the category for ‘Best small new housing development (10 units or less)’. The judging panel looked for attention to detail, innovative design, evidence of a positive working relationship with the LABC and all round build quality.
‘The Pastures’ is an exquisite collection of family homes in the tranquil rural village of Scrayingham, North Yorkshire, comprising two 4 bedroom detached houses and two pairs of 4 bedroom semi-detached houses. Scrayingham itself is set on the banks of the River Derwent in the beautiful surroundings of the Aldby Park Estate, situated between the market towns of Malton and Pocklington, whilst being only 12 miles from the historic city of York.
The awards ceremony will be held on 14 June 2017 at The Principal York Hotel, York.
A huge pat on the back and thank you to everyone involved in the project and obviously, our fingers are crossed!
