Setting off at a rapid pace into 2019 and running concurrently with our other major ongoing project for BNP Paribas Real Estate, approximately 8 miles away to the East of Leeds, we are also on site nearer the city centre for the Leeds office and another of their clients.
One Leeds City Office Park is prominently situated on Meadow Lane in the southern quarter of the Leeds Business District. The C.56,000ft² mixed mode office building constructed in 1995 was the first phase of a competition winning new business park development on a redundant gas works near the city centre. Three stories of office accommodation are arranged around an atrium, one side of which comprises a glazed wall containing the main entrance facing onto a pedestrianised, landscaped amenity space at the heart of the business park.
Over the course of the next couple of months we shall be undertaking a comprehensive programme of external and internal repairs, maintenance, strip out, redecoration and M&E works.These works to the office suites, ground, first, second and mezzanine levels will provide a Cat A refurbishment in readiness for marketing of the building for re-letting.
