J.P. Wild have recently completed the Industrial unit refurbishment works at Shawcross Business Park, Churwell Vale, WF12 7RD.
The works comprised of splitting the existing single unit into 2 units including refurbishment of the existing offices and construction of new offices up to and including CAT A; remedial works to cladding; alteration of external yard and loading bays; acoustic barrier; external yard and parking repairs and remedials; associated services and infrastructure.
The works were completed on time and within budget.
