J.P. Wild have recently completed the Construction and Fit Out of 9 Apartments and Ancillary Works at Pool Business Park, Pool Road, Pool in Wharfedale, Leeds, LS21 1FD.
The works comprised of the conversion of an existing industrial building at Pool-in-Wharfdale, into 9Nr apartments with new entrance lobby and penthouse, communal circulation, and plant areas.
The dwellings are fully fitted / decorated including kitchens, bathrooms, mechanical and electrical installations, and incoming services. The development also includes external works comprising works to alter existing car parking spaces, hard/ soft landscaping, drainage, and external lighting.
