J.P. Wild have recently completed the warehouse refurbishment works at Oilgear, 37 Burley Road, Leeds, LS3 1JT.
The works involved the re-cladding on the warehouse roofs and elevations, new flat roof above the offices, replacement of the aluminium windows, asbestos removal, refurbishment of the toilets / shower areas to both the warehouse and offices, and the creation of a new canteen.
