That we are Wild with delight to have landed our largest awarded project to date for Savills (UK) Ltd, having commenced on site for them and their client at Norquest Industrial Estate in Birstall, approximately 6 miles South West of Leeds and close to the M62 motorway.
The next 16 weeks will see us undertake a phased programme to strip out, modify and refurbish units 9 – 17.
Elements of work include roofing, cladding, gutter & drain repairs, the design and installation of new M&E, dismantling an existing 2 storey office & toilet block, the creation of new door openings, a new office, a new toilet block and decorations. In addition, there will be the construction of a new internal blockwork wall, installation of new entrance and window roller shutters and finally, landscaping!
