J.P. Wild have recently completed the phase 2 office refurbishment works at Leeds House, Central Park, Leeds, LS11 5DZ. The works comprised of internal strip out of both fabric, mechanical and electrical elements to the first-floor east office suite. Formation and fit out of the office suite to the first floor and refurbishment of the common areas including WC refurbishment, renewal of floor finishes and lighting, all whilst accommodating sitting tenants.
The works were completed on time and within budget.
