12 weeks and 70 yards later, Practical Completion has recently been obtained on our refurbishment of the new Leeds office for Sanderson Weatherall LLP.
As reported in October 2017, we were instructed to refurbish a ground floor residential estate agency unit and a 6th floor office space, to enable the firm’s Leeds office relocation from 25 Wellington Street to 29 Wellington Street and into the prestigious Central Square development.
The Leeds team of 80 has moved into the prime grade A office space on the 6th floor and the residential estate agency has also relocated to the ground floor unit. The new office has allowed the firm to bring the Leeds team together on a single floor plate and in what is, undoubtedly, a dynamic working environment.
