J.P. Wild have recently commenced the office refurbishment works at David House, 9 Manor Road, Leeds, LS11 9AH. The refurbishment works involve, new mechanical Installations, new ceilings, new lighting, new windows, new floor coverings & toilet refurbishment.
The works are progressing well, the strip out is now complete, the creation of the new metal stud walls and the first fix M&E have started, a full perimeter scaffolding has been erected to carry out the replacement of all the windows. Updates to follow…
