J.P. Wild have recently commenced the refurbishment of First Floor Offices & First & Second Floor WCS & Common Areas at Cherry Tree Court, Ferensway, Hull, HU2 8LP.
The works involve a CAT A refurbishment of the first-floor office suite to include new M&E installations and new HVAC on an exposed concrete slab. The full strip out and refurbishment of the first and second floor WC’s and circulation areas serving the WC’s including lift lobbies.
