J.P. Wild are progressing well with the CAT A refurbishment works at Cherry Tree Court, Ferensway, Hull, HU2 8LP. The exposed M&E to the first-floor office suite is almost complete and the light fittings have now been installed, the decorations are looking good with final touch ups still to be completed, the carpet floor coverings will be fitted over the next couple of weeks.
The IPS and vanity units have been installed to all the toilets on the first and second floors, the vinyl floor coverings will be installed early next week followed by the cubicles and 2nd fix sanitary ware.
The shower block on the ground floor is also starting to take shape with the shower trays now installed and the tiling complete.
