J.P. Wild are progressing well with the CAT A refurbishment works at Cherry Tree Court, Ferensway, Hull, HU2 8LP. The plastering works are now complete, the walls and woodwork are ready for decorations and the M&E works are nearing completion to the first-floor office suite. The toilets to both 1st & 2nd floor have been plastered out and ready for the cubicles, IPS panels and vanity units to arrive next week.
The works to the ground floor shower room are starting to take shape with the first fix M&E now complete and the new stud walls been erected.
