J.P. Wild have recently complete the refurbishment of First Floor Offices, First & Second Floor WCS & Common Areas as well as forming a new shower block to the ground floor at Cherry Tree Court, Ferensway, Hull, HU2 8LP.
The works involve a CAT A refurbishment of the first-floor office suite to include new M&E installations and new HVAC on an exposed concrete slab. The full strip out and refurbishment of the first and second floor WC’s and circulation areas serving the WC’s including lift lobbies and strip out of the old plant room to form a new shower block.
The works were completed within a 16-week programme and within budget.
