J.P.Wild have just completed on the purchase of the redundant Rose & Crown public house in Almondbury, Huddersfield, approximately 2 miles South of the town centre. The building has become an eyesore on the village’s main street in recent years but councillors have finally agreed to the partial demolition of the landmark pub and development of the site.
The site was purchased with planning permission to convert and extend the pub into a large convenience store with accommodation extending to C.4,950ft².
