J.P. Wild have recently commenced the 1st Floor office refurbishment works at Aeris, 3200 Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8ZA. The works comprise of internal full shell strip and Cat A refurbishment. The works involve removal of the original roof level chiller, utilising craneage, and full removal of all old M&E installations. This work follows on from the refurbishment of the Ground and Second floors in 2019. A full internal refit will be progressed including new electrical installations, air conditioning, lighting, suspended ceilings, wall and floor finishes.
