J.P. Wild have recently completed the 1st Floor office refurbishment works at Aeris, 3200 Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8ZA. The works comprised of internal full shell strip and Cat A refurbishment.
The works involved the removal of the original roof level chiller, utilising craneage, and full removal of all old M&E installations. A full internal refit was carried out including new electrical installations, air conditioning, lighting, suspended ceilings, wall and floor finishes.
The works were completed on time and within budget.
