J.P. Wild have recently commenced the warehouse refurbishment works at 85 Portrack Lane, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 2LR.

The project comprises of the refurbishment of existing roof and rainwater goods, refurbishment and alterations to external elevations, refurbishment and improvements to external areas, demolition of internal office accommodation, strip out of former occupiers fit out and all M&E services & refurbishment of internal areas.
