J.P. Wild have recently commenced the office refurbishment works at 4th Floor, 9 Bond Court, Leeds, LS1 2JZ.

The project comprises internal refurbishment works to 4th floor to create two new office suites. Works include; strip out of former tenant’s fixtures and fittings, new entrance lobby, exposed services, new floor coverings, decoration and M&E alterations.
