J.P. Wild have recently commenced office refurbishment works at 2 Brewery Wharf, Kendall Street, Leeds on behalf of JLL.
The CAT A works to the Ground & First Floor offices are progressing well, with the strip out completed and the first fix M&E underway.
The works will be completed during a 12-week programme, in preparation for a CAT B fit out.
