J.P. Wild have recently commenced the strip out works to the 1st, 3rd & 4th floors at the Lateral Building, City Walk, Leeds, LS11 9AT.
Each floor is to be stripped back to shell and core, including all mechanical and electrical equipment. Emergency lighting, fire/smoke detection and main interface with the buildings central alarm system to be adapted for shell and core.
