The Project

A programme of works to units 4B & 12 on a ‘live’ and busy retail park to the North of Rotherham town centre. The works comprised alterations and minor remedial works to the external fascades & doors, shop frontages, signage gantry, roofs & elevations. In conjunction, there

were internal strip outs to shell & core with elements of piling, M&E and redecoration works. In unit 4B, there was also a requirement to install a new amenity block consisting of 1No. Standard toilet, 1No. Accessible toilet and a small kitchenette.
