The Project
J.P. Wild have completed the Phase 2 – New build and Alteration works at EGGER Timberpak Ltd, Unit 43 Knowsthorpe Way, Leeds, LS9 0SW. The works involved the Construction of new external covered area consisting of steel frame, enclosed to 3 elevations with single skin profile cladding sheets. Alterations to the existing warehouse to include 3nr new roller shutter door openings. Excavation and construction of new loading pit and weighbridge pit and associated services.
